How it works
- You get in touch with me and we will discuss what you'd like to learn.
- I will email you a questionnaire, which you can fill out and return to me.
- Based on the answers to this questionnaire, I will suggest a selection of dishes.
- Once we've agreed on the menu, I'll provide your shopping list for the ingredients needed. Alternatively, for a small fee (plus the cost of the shopping), I can buy them and bring them with me.
- After the lesson I will provide you with a worksheet on all the food prepared for you to keep.
- You get to eat all the food!
What you'll need
The following equipment:
- An oven
- A hob
- At least 1 large frying pan
- At least 2 saucepans, one large and one small
- At least one large knife and one small one
- An oven tray
- A chopping board
- A colander/sieve
- A vegetable peeler
- Kitchen scales
- Aluminium foil and cling film
- A large bowl
- A measuring jug
